Product Code: UP-PCS-01
Product Description
Sprinklers are an essential environmental control component for modern poultry houses, specially designed to manage heat stress during high temperature conditions. Installed on the poultry shed roof, these sprinklers distribute an optimal quantity of water to keep the roof surface wet, enabling effective evaporative cooling and reducing the internal shed temperature.
This system helps maintain a comfortable environment for birds, significantly lowering heat stress, reducing mortality, and improving overall productivity at a very economical operating cost.
Key Features
- Efficient Temperature Reduction: Helps reduce inside shed temperature by 4–5°C (up to 4–8°F) through evaporative cooling.
- Optimised Water Usage: Designed to sprinkle only the required quantity of water; not an irrigation sprinkler, ensuring very low water consumption.
- Roof Cooling Mechanism: Keeps poultry shed roof wet, reducing heat transfer inside the shed.
- Improved Air Cooling: When used with gunny curtains at roof edges, falling water wets the curtains, cooling incoming air further.
- Self-Rotating Design: Sprinkler rotates automatically in the opposite direction of spray for uniform water distribution.
- Heat Stress Prevention: Minimises heat stress mortality and prevents productivity losses in poultry.
- Durable Construction: Made from UV-stabilised polymer and non-ferrous components; no ball bearings to rust.
- Low Maintenance: Threaded spray caps can be removed easily for cleaning salt or dirt deposits.
- No Lubrication Required: Maintenance-free operation for long-term use.
